"Not the best service or food i have had"

I went there last weekend and I had never seen it before. I went in and the workers didn't seem to love what their doing I could see it in their faces. People used to say that it was good but now it seems that quality has dropped. also they didn't even give tissues when I spilled a little bit of my coffee..
