"Useless staff"

I am deeply concerned about the lack of professionalism and efficiency displayed by the staff at your facility. On multiple occasions, I have observed that after attending to one patient, they take an excessive amount of time—around 30 minutes—before seeing the next patient. Instead of focusing on patient care, they seem to be more interested in discussing discounts and other unrelated matters behind closed doors. This behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a significant disregard for the patients waiting to be seen.

There needs to be a proper system of checks and balances in place to monitor the staff's activities and ensure they are prioritizing patient care over personal conversations. The current level of freedom they have to ignore patients is concerning and needs immediate attention..
